Masks are now optional during your clinic visit. They are still available at reception and we appreciate the use of masks when appropriate.

Aids in the treatment and prevention of dysfunction, injury, pain and physical disorders of the soft tissues and joints. It utilizes manual and physical methods to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function to relieve pain and promote health.

Clinical Pilates
With a foundation in traditional pilates of posture, balance, core control, strength, mobility and breath, clinical pilates is used in conjunction with Physiotherapy as a means of rehabilitation and injury prevention. It utilizes equipment such as reformers and flat tables, along side floor and mat based exercise
